Serve a meal at the Grand Avenue Temple Shelter for Women

Once a month, during the winter, a group of ecumenical partners, including Community Christian Church, provides an evening meal to the women who live at the Grand Avenue Temple shelter. A meal is planned and prepared and taken to the shelter. Everyone participates in worship and fellowship. Transportation is provided in private cars or Community’s bus. More people are welcome to become involved and participate in this intimate and meaningful time with the women there. The next opportunity to serve is March 12.
