Music Ministry at Community Christian Church

Community Christian Church Music Ministry

The Music Ministry is a vibrant and integral part of the total worship experience at Community Christian Church. Our 8:30 Chapel service is graced by reverent organ music and soloists from the choir. At our 9:20 service, Kansas City great Tim Whitmer and the Journey Band lead in worship with high-energy, high-quality contemporary Christian music. During our 10:45 service, the Chancel Choir, under the direction of Minister of Choral Music Kathryn Huey, offers anthems which vary in style from Renaissance and Baroque pieces to gospel songs.
